He has held senior or director posts in their past professional career and has extensive experience in overseeing building and engineering projects for a multiplicity of clients.
Sr James Wong Kying Mee, CQS
Director of VQS Praktis Sdn Bhd
James is armed with more than 30 years of Quantity Surveying experience. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (major in Quantity Surveying) from Curtin University of Technology (formerly known as Western Australia Institute of Technology). He is a registered member of the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), and Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM).
He started his career with Latif KPK, Brunei. James joined Rawlinsons Partnership International, Singapore, for a year. Subsequently, James returned to Malaysia and joined Azman & Tay Associates Sdn Bhd as a senior quantity surveyor.In 2000, he joined Kumpulan Sepakat Konsult (KSK). He then formed his own sole proprietor consultancy firm called WKM QS & Associates in 2004.He now pioneers into VQS Praktis Sdn Bhd to co-lead the new set-up.
